There is a hidden little feature that you might not already know in Chrome or Chromium. You can highlight text in any webpage and show others that exact highlighted part by giving a customized URL of the web page.

Getting from official document of Google Chrome https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/10256233, you can simply

1. Highlight the text you want to share

2. Right click and select Copy link to highlight

3. The generated link is now in your clipboard, paste it to any medium you would want to share to.

Once the person you shared to open the link given from you in their Chrome or Chromium browser, their browser will scroll to and make that highlighted part center of the screen. Example generated link would look like this

Do note that this only works in Chrome or Chromium browsers like Edge, Vivaldi...
